Owl Universal 2 Part Epoxy Primer is a transparent, durable epoxy
primer designed for waterproofing, sealing and floor coating
applications.
Provides strong adhesion to both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
Can be applied to all surfaces except for tpo, epdm and pvc.
Verified as a reliable barrier to water vapour when 2 components are
applied at the specific ratio.
