Waterproofing System Types
Pre-Made systems
Bitumen (torch down) has limited flexibility & is made
from organic materials (and can break down faster
than other solutions)
Single-ply membranes (PVC, TPO or EPDM) many
single ply materials can plasticize and become brittle
over time.
Liquid- Applied Membranes
Lava 20 Polyurethane (PU) is moisture cured.
Other liquid waterproofing materials include acrylics,
bitumin, silicones, hybrids and cementitious.
