Very often, existing roofs can be saved and restored with
a liquid rubber roof system such as Owl Lava 20, assuming the structure is sound. In some cases, sections of a
roof can be salvaged while other parts may require replacing compromised boards. This photo shows a large roof
section covered with Lava 20 System, and some portions
are replaced with new OSB and covered with Owl Lava 20.
The two sections were seamlessly integrated, resulting in
a reliable restoration that will last for years.
